Create a ticket


Click on "New support ticket"


    -     Fill out all required fields (marked *).

    -     Add a copy of your delivery note (required).

    -     Eventually you can add pictures (of damage, defect, installation, ...) to support your 

          ticket/claim.

    -     Click on "Send" to validate your ticket.


You will receive an email confirming the reception of your ticket. In this email you will also find a hyperlink to your ticket.
